What is Mindfulness?

Anxiety and Depression are two of the most common mental health issues that people experience.  As humans, in a modern world we have busy lives with various commitments and at times this can feel like we are not truly present.

​

Mindfulness aims to help us reconnect with ourselves and feel more attuned to our emotions.  It also helps us to become more aware of ourselves mentally and physically.

I am a qualified and accredited Mindfulness teacher and completed my training through Mindfulness Now.  This training is approved by The British Psychological Society and incorporates key elements of both Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).  If you are interested in booking a course of Mindfulness sessions please get in touch.
